The most useful messages are corrections: a delivery area that changed, a source that moved, a merchant we should review. We read everything; we cannot give advice about individual animals.

Email: hello@dogsncats.ca. Please include the page URL and, if possible, a link to the source that shows the change.

This mailbox is new. If you have not heard back within a week, assume the message did not arrive and try again later — mail authentication for the domain is still being completed. There is deliberately no contact form here: a form that might send nowhere would be worse than none.

What helps

• The page URL and the sentence you think is wrong.
• A link to the merchant or manufacturer page that shows the current fact.
• For a merchant suggestion: a link to its shipping or service-area policy. We add records only after reading one.

What we cannot do

• Advise on food, health, behaviour or training for a specific animal — ask a veterinarian or a qualified trainer.
• Help with an order or booking — those are with the merchant or provider.
• Accept payment for inclusion or placement. See incentives.
